— personal data \u2013 information about an identified or identifiable individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

— user account information — if you use transliterra.eu services, information provided by the user, such as first and last name, email address, user mobile phone number, etc., is collected through online forms and associated with a specific account user. This information is stored and processed in the European Union\/European Economic Area. Information, including order history, is collected by transliterra.eu for customer service, entering into contracts, sending offers, providing services, sending newsletters and for other legal purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

— data uploaded by the user — all data that the user communicates to us or uploads to the system is stored, processed and transmitted in accordance with the instructions given by the user. Information is stored and processed in the EU\/EEA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

— other information \u2013 transliterra.eu may also receive information about the user from third parties or cookies if such consent has been given or if this is necessary for the provision of transliterra.eu services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transfer of data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We only pass on the data subject’s personal data to third parties under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

— for external processing \u2013 we transfer information to our trusted business partners in accordance with these terms of processing of personal data. Transliterra.eu removes content from user accounts within a reasonable period of time after account closure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transliterra.eu stores logs for 30 days. Logs are deleted within one week after the end of the retention period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Account information is stored for 6 years in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal data is processed within the EU\/EEA. Transliterra.eu partners comply with appropriate data protection standards. If the partner is located outside the EU\/EEA, transliterra.eu ensures compliance with the EU rules applicable to the cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A prerequisite for consideration of the request is the identification of the applicant’s data subject. We also expect a detailed description and justification of the claim. If we cannot identify you as the data subject, we are not entitled to provide the information to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
